We are Andrew & Aimee Jo Martin and we are preparing to serve as missionaries in Fort Portal, Uganda East Africa. We have sent all of our belongings to Fort Portal and we are currently raising support for the work. Because of our decision to move, and the fact that we are "on the go" so often lately, we have decided to start a blog to keep in touch with our friends and family.
Currently we are working and living in the Salem/Keizer Oregon area. We also have a baby on the way and she is due at the end of August (31st). We are so excited about the changes in our life and we cannot wait to see what God has planned for us. Please keep us in your prayers as we continue to make preparations and raise the funds we need for our mission.

Nice blog! I love the picture with the little girl and my Hilux. All of the work you are doing to put together a team of people to partner with you in this ministry will be well worth it.
Someone told me that every good leader has his desert time. Getting ready to move to the mission field can feel just like the desert. We love you and are so proud of you. Keep serving the Lord! He is in control.
